Aneil & Ramneek

When it came to this lovely couples special day it was not only a client for us but a dear friend and industry colleague. The one thing Aneil always said was he will hire us to plan their wedding and the day finally came and when he made the call we were so very happy for them.  

The plan was to have a destination wedding in Cabo with 180 of their closest friends & family. For a destination wedding this is a huge entourage to coordinate when it comes to a wedding in an international setting like Cabo, Mexico.

We spent a lot of time working on the logistics of everything with the hotel and the vendors involved and the couple. Once everything was done, after all the conference calls and hundreds of emails we were ready to approach the families and advise them on how the week will go.  

Both families were so excited and super ecstatic about the Destination Wedding. At the meeting we went over every detail and how everything will play out as well as our roles at the wedding. They were also advised on their roles: to have fun and the most amazing time.  

Once we arrived at the location we had a full site visit with the families, couple and the venue to go over the last few details and do a walk thru and look over all of the final decisions.  

From the pre events to the reception everything went off without a hitch. The weather cooperated, the vendors were fabulous and everything was on time. With 180 Guests it was a massive party, reunion and wedding all packed into one. From the great food to the music to the fireworks and everything in between this was a wedding that no one will forget.

We wish them all the best and the memories we shared with them we will always cherish forever!
