When the lovely couple messaged us their main concern was to ensure that they had a perfectly planned wedding at the top of Whistler Blackcomb along with an amazing experience at the reception. The couple and their family flew in from St. Louis, Missouri – they found Whistler, BC as one of the most beautiful places in the world and decided to bring all their family from all over the world to our wonderful city.
With a mixed wedding we wanted to ensure the Indian Ceremony was beautifully planned and Heather’s family knew exactly how the day would go. We did this with multiple phone meetings Logistics were another issue we had to overcome.
With the wedding being at the top of the mountain we had to have everything planned perfectly with our decor team, priest, venue & dj equipment. We had everything arrive in Whistler 1 day before and had a truck that drove it up the mountain by the venue. Once it was all up their we were allowed access to everything and began the beautiful set up with a backdrop of the most breathtaking mountains in the world.
The brides family truly enjoyed themselves and really dove into the festivities of a Hindu Wedding, Bhangra Performers the amazing food by Dhaliwal Catering – they really immersed into the culture and had an amazing time.
Heather & Aarnav were so happy with everything and enjoyed every moment – both families were captivated by how beautiful everything was in Whistler. They truly left appreciating what an amazing time they all had for Heather & Aarnav’s wedding week.
