Tanya & Govinda

Tanya & Govinda

Tanya & Govinda first approached us almost 1 year prior to their big day.  Their main thing they wanted was to ensure that everything was super organized and on time as their wedding guest count was reaching 1000+.

With the large family they have and the way they wanted everything done we knew we had to ensure the families had everything organized and purchased in advance to avoid any sort of stress on the day of the wedding and reception.

We had family meetings to make sure every detail was discussed and everyone was aware of the timings and how we would be doing everything.

The wedding day everything was logistically in place and we had ceremonies at the home that were going to be done on the wedding day.  We had to ensure we kept things moving and made sure that no one was standing still for too long – in order to make sure we stayed on time and arrived at the temple at the right time.  Everything went absolutely smoothly and ceremony went off with out a hitch.

The reception we also knew was going to be a challenge as the guest count was very high and we had a massive venue with a lot of moving parts – again with proper planning and keeping in touch with all the vendors we were able to ensure for a flawless event.
